The Crown Of Blessing!

 The blessing of God can be worn as a crown on the head, though invisible to the physical eyes it is there none the less.

I would rather have the blessing of God on my head than to have or wear a physical crown that lacks the blessing of God.

I would rather have a spiritual kingship than to be an earthly king whose kingship lacks the blessing of God.

Joseph the Hebrew, son of Jacob was a spiritual king.

The blessing of God was a crown upon his head.

He had a spiritual crown on his head before he received or qualified for an earthly 'crown' of authority.

Though people didn't see a physical crown on his head before he ascended the throne of rulership when they looked at him, he had a crown on his head spiritually.

When he was in the pit, the blessing was on his head as a crown.

When he was sold to the Ishmaelites as a slave, the blessing was on his head despite him being bound by chains and fetters.

When he was bought by Potiphar and served in Potiphar's home, the crown of blessing was upon his head all the while, giving him favor until he became the head of all the servants and in charge of all Potiphar had except Potiphar's wife.

When he was falsely accused by Mrs Potiphar and put in prison by Potiphar, the crown of blessing was on his head in prison. In time, be became the favorite prisoner and the head of all prisoners.

The crown of blessing on his head gave him an ability to dream good prophetic dreams, and also the ability to interpret dreams!

He was a dream specialist!

In those days those who dream were regarded as special, and those who can interpret dreams were regarded as extra special.

The printed word and works of God was not available like we have it today, so those who dream were regarded as special in the sense that God spoke to them.

Dreams were a major way God spoke to people back then and people who could accurately interpret dreams were few and far between.

That is what the blessing does, the crown of blessing will give you skill and ability that is needed in the generation and dispensation you are born in.

The skill for dreams was a great blessing in Joseph's life.

It was all Joseph needed to ascend his throne of destiny.

It was used to bring transformation and a new chapter in Joseph's life.

"The blessing of the Lord makes rich and adds no sorrow "

Without scheming, lying, manipulating, selling himself to the people, trying to impress the Pharoah or taking the life of another, he rose to become the right hand man to the Pharoah and the ruler of Egypt.

The crown of blessing helps us fulfil our destiny.

You need God's blessing to be all you can be and who you should be.

Genesis 49 verses 25 & 26 shows there was a crown of blessing on Joseph's head:

"By the God of your father who will help you,
And by the Almighty who will bless you
With blessings of heaven above,
Blessings of the deep that lies beneath,
Blessings of the breasts and of the womb.
26 The blessings of your father
Have excelled the blessings of my ancestors,
Up to the utmost bound of the everlasting hills.
They shall be on the head of Joseph,
And on the crown of the head of him who was separate from his brothers"
