IS AFRICA REALLY UNDER A CURSE?

I  believe  Africa  is  far  from  cursed. I  once  heard  a  joke  that  when  satan  was  cast  out  of  heaven  the  spot  he  landed  on  is where  Africa  is  located  today  and  that's  why  Africa  has  been  plagued  with  a  lot  of  the  challenges  she  has   had  over  the  years. I  don't  know  whether  Africa  is  the  part  of  the  world  satan  landed  on  or  not  when  he  was  cast  out  of  heaven,  but  what  I  do  know  is  that  Africa  has  a  future  and  it's  potential  is  enormous. Afterall, Africa is the world's second-largest and second most-populous continent, after Asia. At about 30.2 million km² (11.7 million sq mi) including adjacent islands, it covers 6% of the Earth's total surface area and 20.4% of the total land area. With 1.0 billion people (as of 2009, see table) in 61 territories, it accounts for about 14.72% of the world's human population. The continent is surrounded by the Mediterranean Sea to the north, both the Suez Canal and the Red Sea along the Sinai Peninsula to the northeast, the Indian Ocean to the southeast, and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. The continent has 54 sovereign states, including Madagascar and various island groups.
It's mineral resources, man power, history and  population  are  huge  advantages  it  has  to  develop  herself  and make  make  herself  competitive  as  a  continent.
Africa  has  great  tourism  potential, beautiful  wildlife  and  a  very  huge  land  space.
Africa  is  not  cursed, though  some  of  her  challenges  might  be  spiritual. What  Africans  need  is  to  prosecute  a  revolution  of  values, we  need  to  grow  in  our  love  walk  and  we  need  a  mental  revolution!
