Living For A Miracle

 

There are some tough situations of life man cannot help you out of, not because you are not surrounded by people who love you or care about you or want to help you.

It's because there are scenarios and situations that are just way beyond peoples ability to solve.

Human beings have their limits, there's only so much a human being can do for you.

There are some urgent challenges that can come to us in life and press us really hard.

Such hard times in our  lives are not encouraging and during such times it may be difficult to know who to confide in.

It's not everyone we can trust, its not everyone who cares, people have their own issues and lives to deal with and not everyone has the patience, the heart and empathy to understand what you may be going through.

If there is a deadline and urgency to the matter it is even more difficult as fear, anxiety, and impatience can easily set in. Life's twists and turns can throw in such situations.

That is not the time we need to be directed to pray for weeks, asked to pray long prayer points daily, or fast for many days.

The state of your mind won't even make you follow through on those kind of instructions.

In such situations and at such times you need an instant miracle.

You need an urgent miracle at such cross roads of life!

At such times only a miracle can satisfy and bring you out of what is a mess.

In such times, your hope is for a miracle, your faith is crying for a miracle and you are living for a miracle.

This is where those who have a relationship with the Lord are at an advantage.

They have someone they can confide in who is not human, so the fear of being backstabbed or gossiped about should not arise.

In God they are communicating with a being who sees the situation for what it is, who knows the reason why the individual is in that situation, and He is the only one who can help make sense of it all because He has the answers, He holds the miracle that's needed to fix the situation,

Living for a miracle is not exactly an easy thing, it is a journey of faith!

It's not a journey many want to dare, its usually easier to give up than to stand strong in faith.

The human nature prefers security and ease, it prefers what it understands and finds logical.

Faith demands of us, tasks us and is not often logical though intelligence works well with our faith.

 Instant miracles require immediate faith, immediate faith will require an action or instruction for you to follow.

Once you do what you are instructed to do by the Lord, you will get your miracle.

The instruction may be tough, the direction may seem ridiculous, the situation may look bleak but if God is with you, you will get your miracle solution.

The emancipation of the Israelites from the 'grip' of Pharoah comes to mind.

They found themselves in a very uncomfortable and difficult situation.

They had the red sea before them, so they couldn't go forward.

They had Pharoah and his chariots chasing them from the behind so they couldn't go backwards.

They needed a miracle!

That was the only way out!

To go forward is to walk into the red sea and drown.

To go backwards is to be caught by Pharoah and his men which meant either death or slavery.

Thank God they were connected to a leader who hears God.

They went forward as Moses their leader stretched out his rod.

A miracle occurred, the red sea parted and the Israelites walked on dry ground with the sea forming walls to their right and their left.

Imagine the scene, the gigantic 'aquarium' they had to the left and the right as they walked through the ground of the red sea unto the shore on the other side safely.

It's believed they were about 3 million people.

It must have been an awesome spectacle.

The Egyptians pursued after the Israelites, riding speedily through the grounds of the red sea.

God frowned upon them and the 'walls' of water on the right and left shifted back into flowing waves and wiped them out.

The enemies the Israelites saw previously that day, they saw no more.

They became food for the sharks and aquatic life of the red sea.

You need God on your side.

When God is on your side you can cry out to Him for a miracle.

Signs, wonders and miracles fix situations that are beyond us, they fix what is beyond humanity for God's power is at work.

When God is on your side miracles can happen.

When God is on your side, your faith will be honored.

Living for a miracle by faith has huge benefits, but its not an easy journey.

May our faith not fail and may God honor our faith.
