Ascend The Throne

A throne is a seat of authority exclusively for a royal or person of high standing and rank.

Thrones show importance, privilege, presence and in most cases a royal bloodline.

The throne is evidence you have a right to exercise some influence over others in your jurisdiction and give decrees, its evidence you have power.

We have spiritual thrones, just as we have earthly thrones and heavenly crowns and earthly crowns.

It's God who makes kings and appoints royal bloodlines.

A throne can also represent what God has called you to prosper in, the area or sector where you are a 'king' as a result of the success or dominance you are meant to have in that area.

Your throne in life is your mountain top.

You must get there.

God's children are royals.

Through the blood of Jesus, we are spiritual royals, translated and adopted into the kingdom of the King of kings.

On earth we are the head and not the tail, we are kings in the things God has called us to.

Your kingship refers to your leadership.

Not everyone will ascend a physical throne in this life, not everyone is from an earthly bloodline of royalty but everyone has an inheritance and 'throne' on the earth.

Some people are financial kings, business kings, political kings, real estate kings, farmer kings and the list goes on.

An unusual man by the name of Melchizedek was said to be a king and a priest in scriptures.

Melchizedek served as a priest to God, he ministered to God.

This means he had a ministry to the Lord.

He was a minister king.

He was also the king of a region called Salem.

He led in a kingly capacity and had a throne.

Some people are career kings, vocations kings, technological kings and technical kings.

Some are also kings in their priesthood, their callings, their spiritual service and responsibility to God.

There are interesting real life stories of people God ascended the throne, their throne of destiny.

Joseph went from the pit to the palace through a process orchestrated by God.

David the shepherd boy went from the fields shepherding sheep to the palace through a series of exploits, drama, and challenges which were part of the qualifying process he had to go through to get to the throne.

These men ascended their thrones of destiny and so should you.

On their way to the throne there were challenges, but it did not stop them.

On your way to your throne of destiny you may face challenges and obstacles too but you must not let them stop you.

Some face rejection on their way to their throne of destiny like Jephthah did, Jephthah was rejected by his own siblings because they didn't want him to rule over them.

Jephthah made it, so should you.

Joseph was sold into slavery by his own siblings because they didn't want his dream to come to fulfillment.

David was not counted worthy of the kingly anointing by his own father Jesse.

God had other plans, God gave him a chance and God qualified him.

Others may feel you are not deserving of your dreams or what God has for you, on your way to your throne.

Present challenges, situations and circumstances may not make you look the part for your throne.

All these issues and difficulties should not discourage you from moving towards your throne.

On your way to the throne you may encounter competition, those contesting your God given inheritance and position with you.

It is yours not theirs, make sure another man does not take your throne and crown.

Solomon was to ascend the throne of his Father David- young, inexperienced, and not very knowledgeable about the politics around choosing kings, he was challenged by one of his older brothers for the throne; king David's fourth son Adonijah.

Adonijah went ahead to declare himself king, he put a team of supporters together, and he got his own chariot as he moved across the land getting hailed as king.

It was through a series of events that the throne and the crown came to Solomon as God had purposed it.

The most important factor in your ascension of your throne is the God factor.

No matter how much the enemy of your soul tries to stop you, and no matter the scheme of men you will make it to your throne if God is with you!

Ascend your throne now!
