Poverty was never the creator's intention for humanity, it was never part of the Lord's plan for mankind, it was never meant to be found in the beautiful world He created.
Poverty is an anomaly in the eyes of the Lord, and it should be for us too.
Poverty is a human state that doesn't glorify the creator or dignify the creation.
It is a state of lacking the financial resources and essentials to maintain a basic standard of living.
It's not something we should settle for, accept, or assume is our lot in life.
The creator is not dignified by poverty because it doesn't reflect Him, while poverty doesn't dignify humanity because it creates shame, causes stress and sickness and can lead to death.
Humanity was originally created to reflect the creator.
Man was created in the image and likeness of God.
We are meant to reflect God the way the moon reflects the sun and mirrors reflect our image.
Where poverty is present, opportunities become hard to seize, potentials are impeded and vices and compromise blossom.
Where poverty is present, promises are broken, disappointments are inevitable and setbacks occur.
Poverty is a dream killer, a destiny destroyer, and a vision eradicator.
Poverty affects every aspect of human life in a negative way.
Its causes instability, insecurity, inferiority and confusion in many lives.
Poverty can shorten the length of a human life and negatively reduce the quality of that life.
Poverty has torn apart many homes and destroyed many families.
It has torn apart many loving relationships that could have led to marriage, and it has ended many marriages that were once happy and loving.
Poverty has also made many turn away from the Lord, many promising individuals who once served the Lord have given up on God.
Many churches have stopped functioning due to financial lack, churches and ministries with great visions genuinely given by the Lord have been overwhelmed by the plague of financial lack and the visionary gave up.
Organizations and companies have closed up due to some form of financial hardship and lack, they close up when they don't achieve their financial targets regularly and consistently enough.
Many talented young men have turned to a life of crime, and ladies to prostitution to get away from lack.
Poverty makes us shortchange ourselves by pushing us to compromise on our principles and standards.
Is this all part of God's plan?
Was it meant to be this way?
What is the genesis of poverty, how did it come about and what is its purpose/mission?
Poverty is a curse, a plague and an evil brought upon humanity.
It was not meant to be this way, it is not God's original idea.
Poverty has a mission, a purpose to make us a shadow of who we should be.
Poverty is an outflow of disobedience.
Poverty is the outcome of a wrong choice.
Poverty is the opposite of the blessing.
The Creator's blessing is what man was originally created with and meant to function on earth with.
Poverty came after the glory and the blessing departed and the curse flowed in.
Poverty has spiritual roots.
"And to the man he said, “Since you listened to your wife and ate from the tree whose fruit I commanded you not to eat, the ground is cursed because of you. All your life you will struggle to scratch a living from it."
That's poverty!
Poverty causes unnecessary struggles.
Poverty came into the earth because the ground got cursed because of the man.
Poverty is when the 'ground' of an individual or a people is not yielding as it should.
Poverty is determined by you and your ground.
A blessed man should operate a blessed ground.
Your ground represents your life, your portion and the work of your hands.
The Lord's will for us is blessing.
The creator is blessed in heaven and we should be blessed here on earth.
It's not everything happening on earth that is the will of God.
Not all things are God's will and intention.
We live in an imperfect world, full of imperfect people.
We also live on a earth where there has been demonic activity for thousands upon thousands of years.
This is why the will of God doesn't always play out automatically, it has to be enforced!
"Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven."
If the atmosphere and ground of heaven is blessed, ours should be too!
Through the Lord we have a right to bless our ground!
We have a right to declare that no longer will our ground be cursed or show any traces of a curse!
We have a right to use the royal authority of the Lord Jesus Christ, to bless ourselves and bless our ground!
In that authority power is made available.
The forces and demons that want to enforce poverty in the grounds of our lives must be uprooted!
There's power in your words.
Use your words with understanding, use it with a certain confidence and understanding that the Lord wants you blessed in Christ Jesus and you can express the Lord's authority through your mouth!
In Christ Jesus, bless your ground today, decreeing and declaring that your ground, your life and your ways are blessed and has no room for poverty.
Declare that your wilderness financial season is over and you step into a golden age of financial well being and prosperity!
Just like a seed grows into plants, your words grow into beautiful results!
"Life and death are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruit."
